Where your parcel ships from
Every order is packed and dispatched by us from Jaipur. We hold the stock ourselves rather than drop-shipping, so what is listed is what is on the shelf.
Appliances travel in the manufacturer’s carton with the accessories sealed inside the drum or cavity and the door taped shut, because a door swinging in transit is what cracks a panel or a hinge.
Handling time
Orders are picked, checked against the listed contents and dispatched in 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST enter the next working day’s list. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Delivery across India
After handover the courier takes 3-6 business days to metro addresses and 6-9 business days to the rest of India. Counting the handling window, the usual estimate is 4-11 business days from the order.
We ship with Blue Dart / XpressBees. Larger units move on a freight line rather than a parcel network and delivery is to your gate or building entrance, not carried upstairs and not installed.
Shipping charges
Free shipping applies from ₹2,999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹99 is charged whatever the parcel weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. No handling or packing fee is added afterwards.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery sits alongside UPI. A few distant PIN codes are outside our courier partners’ COD network and the checkout says so before you confirm. We do not charge a COD convenience fee.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed and texted on the first courier scan. If nothing moves for two working days, send the order number to [email protected] and we will chase the hub. The driver calls ahead on a freight delivery; please make sure somebody can receive and sign for a bulky carton.
