Shipping Policy

Every Yorkshire Store order is packed with care and shipped right across India from our base in Jaipur. This page explains how quickly we dispatch, how long delivery takes and what it costs — no surprises at checkout.

Dispatch & Handling

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day begin handling the same day. We hand your order to the courier within 1–2 business days, shipping Monday to Saturday. Bulkier items are inspected and re-secured before they leave us.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, transit typically takes 3–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–11 business days of confirmation once handling is included. We ship through Blue Dart / XpressBees; remote or hill PIN codes may add a day or two.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders of [cmc_free_min] and above. For orders below that, a flat fee of [cmc_flat] is added at checkout — shown up front, never per item.

Cash on Delivery & UPI

You can pay by UPI (prepaid) or choose Cash on Delivery. COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes, though a few far-flung locations may be prepaid-only; you will see the options for your address at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order ships we send a tracking link by both email and SMS so you can follow it to your door. If an update looks stuck for more than 48 hours, write to [email protected] and we will chase the courier for you.
