Payment Policy
Paying at Yorkshire Store is deliberately simple and secure. This page sets out the two ways you can pay and how any refund is returned to you — there is nothing hidden and no surprise fee at checkout.
How You Can Pay
We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery (COD) — and nothing else. Both options appear at checkout wherever your delivery PIN code is serviceable, with no processing fee added to your total.
Paying by UPI
Choose UPI at checkout and approve the request in any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM. Payment is confirmed in moments and your order moves straight into packing. Your bank credentials and UPI PIN never touch our website.
Cash on Delivery
Prefer to pay on arrival? Select Cash on Delivery and hand the exact amount to our courier when your order is delivered. Keeping the correct change ready helps the handover go smoothly, especially for larger orders.
What We Do Not Accept
For your security we do not process credit or debit cards, net banking, or any third-party wallet beyond UPI, and no such option will appear at checkout. If any page or message ever asks you to pay another way, please treat it as fraudulent and email [email protected].
How Refunds Are Returned
Approved refunds go back to the original UPI account used for payment. For Cash on Delivery orders we arrange a direct bank transfer once you share your account details. Timelines follow our Refund & Returns page. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and include applicable charges; any shipping fee is shown before you pay.
