How you can pay
Two methods, both Indian: UPI as the prepaid option (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app), and Cash on Delivery.
What we do not accept
We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we never store payment credentials of any kind. If a card logo survives somewhere in the theme it is a leftover, not an offer — the checkout is the authority.
Currency and tax
All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any tax that applies. This shop trades below the GST registration threshold, so we do not charge GST and do not issue a GST invoice.
Cash on Delivery conditions
On a freight delivery the driver collects the full amount at your gate before unloading, so please have the exact sum ready. High-value units and some remote routes are prepaid-only, and the checkout shows this before you confirm.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a UPI debit succeeds but no order appears, do not pay twice. Send the UPI reference number to [email protected] and we will either raise the order or return the amount to the same handle within 5 to 7 business days.
