Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before dispatch. Because we pick within 1-2 business days, the practical window is short — write as early as you can and we will stop the parcel if it has not left.
There is no cancellation fee, no processing fee and no restocking fee at any point.
Refund of a cancelled prepaid order
A cancelled prepaid order is refunded in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, which is the settlement window banks work to under the Reserve Bank of India’s framework for such reversals. We release it the day we accept the cancellation.
After dispatch
Once the courier has scanned the parcel the order can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery at the door, or accept it and open a return under our Return & Refund Policy. A refused parcel is refunded once it comes back to us and passes the same condition check as any return.
Cancelling a Cash on Delivery order
A COD order cancelled before dispatch costs you nothing. Please cancel rather than refusing at the gate — a refused appliance occupies a freight slot in both directions and often comes back dented.
When we cancel an order
We may cancel where an item is out of stock, where a listed price was wrong, or where an order looks fraudulent. Every one of those is refunded in full and explained in writing. Questions go to [email protected].
